In our community, women are the backbone of a family. An empowered women means empowered family. BBF plays an imperative role in bringing about economic, social and environmental transformation in these women.

We work extensively through rural communities imparting knowledge, life skill development to these women thus making them financially independent and empowered. Our foundation protects and promotes women skilled workers in various industrial sectors providing better quality of life to them. 

We provide health, security, livelihood, and education to rural women and their children in our communities. We continuously upgrade the skills taught so that these women can sustain in the ever changing environment.
