BBF regularly organises various vocational training, literacy awareness and skill development workshops for both men and women. The idea behind such training programmes is to make men and especially women more employable. We collaborate with agencies to provide employment opportunities to all. We also help individuals in setting up their own businesses to make our community self-reliant.
